CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please make changes within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time to avoid a late cancellation fee. For everyone's health and safety and to avoid any fees: **If you are traveling or receiving a vaccination, please be sure you've scheduled your appointment at least 48 hours afterward, as these experiences may bring illness.** **If you develop any symptoms of illness within 24-48 hours of your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule.** Changes can be made online by logging into your account. You may also email, call, or text to make any changes. Thank you for helping us maintain a healthy environment for everyone! All sales are final. There are no refunds on services. We charge a 50% fee for services cancelled within 24 hours. We charge a 100% fee for No Show Clientele.
